If you told younger me that I would be starting a blog, I probably would have looked at you with a confused tilt of my head while laughing, saying, “That’s crazy, yeah right, you’re messing with me” in disbelief, haha. I like to stay in my corner if you know what I mean. But little did I know my life was about to change forever. People describe me as a shy, sweet, quiet introvert. Which is true. I can be very shy at times, especially when meeting new people. But one thing about me is that when Jesus calls me to do something, even something so out of my comfort zone, I will be obedient 🙂 He even called me to start up a YouTube channel @messages_from_the_messenger.
So here I am, stepping out of my very comfy comfort zone and doing some things I never imagined doing in my life. My passion has always been helping others and sharing my faith in Jesus. So what’s a better way to spread the word than starting up a blog!
To be honest, I have always loved writing but I would always write in a private journal. So when God put this on my heart to start this blog, I was beyond terrified. But then God reminded me that “He hasn’t given us a spirit of fear but of power, love and a sound mind” 1st Timothy 1:7. He also promises in His word that the Holy Spirit will provide us with the words on what we need to say 🙂 In Luke 12:12.
Besides starting up this blog, this sweet, silly, introvert also loves spending time outdoors, going on hikes, is a big animal lover, loves board/card games, boating, tubing, camping, listening to music, reading, dancing, coloring, puzzles, and spending time with my friends and family.
